Salon Policies
At Salon Brad, our goal is to create a relaxing, enjoyable experience for every guest! To help us do that, we have a few policies we kindly ask you to review before your visit.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you have to cancel or change your appointment, please be sure to give a minimum of a 24-hour notice. Appointments canceled after the notification period will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the services you requested. Without adequate notice, cancellations prevent other clients from our waiting list to fill in the available openings. To uphold our cancellation policy, we require a credit card to secure any appointment at the time of booking. However, you will not be charged until your appointment is completed. Satisfaction Support Policy
At Salon Brad, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you’re not happy with your service, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your original appointment so we can make it right. We’re happy to offer a complimentary adjustment with the same artist who originally performed your service. If you prefer to see a different stylist, we are more than happy to accommodate your request, but please note that the service will be charged at full price. We do not offer refunds for services. To begin the process, please call us directly or email us at admin@salonbrad.com with a detailed description of your experience and, if possible, attach photos to help us better understand your concerns.
Product Returns Policy
We want you to love the products you take home. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have ten days from the date of purchase to return it. If you believe you selected the wrong product, you have ten days from the date of purchase to return it as long as it is unopened. After ten days or if the product has been used, we cannot guarantee a return.
Booking for Children
When booking an appointment for your child, please select “Book a Guest” under your profile to ensure the appointment is scheduled under their name. For guests 15 years old or younger, we strongly recommend that a parent or guardian be present during the consultation to ensure the best experience and results.
FAQ’S
What payment types do you accept?
We accept cash, debit, credit, and personal checks. If you are planning to pay with cash, please be prepared with smaller bills when possible, as we cannot always make change for large denominations.
Are you booking weddings?
We are no longer booking weddings at this time. However, if you are a current client who has been seen within the last six months, please send us an email. We’d be happy to chat with your stylist about your request and see if we can make something work!
Can I bring a friend or my child with me to my appointment?
Due to limited space and our commitment to maintaining a peaceful environment, we ask that you do not bring additional guests to wait in the lobby. Children cannot be left unattended in the waiting area at any time. If you choose to bring your child to your appointment, they must remain with you during your service and sit on your lap.
