Cancellation Policy
In the event you have to cancel or change your appointment please be sure to give a minimum of a 24-hour notice. Appointments canceled after the notification period will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the services you requested. Without adequate notice, cancellations prevent other clients from our waiting list to fill in the available openings. To uphold our cancellation policy, we require a credit card to secure any appointment at the time of booking. However, you will not be charged until your appointment is completed. Satisfaction Support Policy
At Salon Brad, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you’re not happy with your service, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your original appointment so we can make it right. We’re happy to offer a complimentary adjustment with the same artist who originally performed your service. If you prefer to see a different stylist, we are more than happy to accommodate your request, but please note that the service will be charged at full price. We do not offer refunds for services.
